The Defender is in excellent shape considering its age; it has very few age-related marks or dents, there is some evidence of patina adding to its charm. The chassis is solid and has recently had fitted two new outriggers and the floor sections of the bulkhead. The four new 101 Forward wheels and the fifth wheel on the back add to the charisma by giving a nod to the original charm whilst giving it a modern look and feel.
 
Internally the Defender is freshly carpeted in black throughout with three seats in the front finished in grey cloth. Both externally and internally, the car is a beautiful untouched example; the dash includes the basics with every opportunity for personalisation. 
 
Whilst we think this Defender is perfect as it is, due to its straightness and the fact it's been untouched, it could easily be personalised for the next buyer. Whether adding mod cons internally or an entire paint job, this car really is a blank canvas for the following custodian.
