At 37 years old, its fresh Marine blue paint job and reupholstered black carpet interior give it a refreshed look. Externally, the car shows some signs of age and mileage but remains head turning. Originally a box Defender, it was converted to a convertible with a canvas roof, all in perfect condition. Series doors have been fitted, along with a tailgate. The Defender is equipped with Wolf wheels and BFG tyres. A heritage grille has been fitted to the front, adding to the nostalgia and charm of this little off roader. 
 
Mechanically, the car has had new front brake callipers upgraded to vented, a rear prop shaft, a rear section of the exhaust, and a mixture of poly and standard bushes to provide a decent ride quality. The power steering has been converted, heavy duty steering arms have been fitted, along with a new steering damper. Shocks and springs have also been installed. The car, while ready for daily driving, is also capable of going back to its off-roading roots.
